What’s the difference between store bought eggs and farm fresh eggs?
Once the farmer gathers the eggs, they are sent to a grading facility. There, they undergo washing, packaging, and are then dispatched to your nearby store.
Did you know that eggs from the store could be as old as 4 to 6 weeks by the time you buy them? Farmers have a maximum of 30 days to package the eggs, and grocery stores have up to 30 days to sell them.
